Our standard box track is made of 16 gauge galvanized steel.
The standard box rail shown below is designed for doors weighing up to 400 lbs.
(If you need to hold more weight, our heavy duty box track, 13 gauge galvanized, is made for doors weighing up to 1000 lbs.)
To order, specify track number and length.
All standard box tracks have mounting brackets pre-attached at the factory except the #2 track standard box track.
#2 Standard Box Track Brackets are sold separately.
Available in galvanized steel with an industrial mill finish,
box rail sliding hardware is for both exterior and interior use and
can give an industrial look to modern doors or rustic barn doors.
Trolley/Hanger wheels roll inside a galvanized steel 16 gauge box rail.
Unless you purchase a package, Hangers/Trolleys/Rollers for all Standard Box Track are sold separately.

This is our most versatile and popular box rail option. Use this track with any Box Track Brackets and Hangers. For single track runs, space brackets 24" on center. Double-track runs require brackets every 18" on center. Our #2 box track is made of 16 gauge galvanized steel. Track brackets and trolleys are sold separately unless you purchase a package.

Works well with new construction or remodeling projects. Extra-wide galvanized cover is mechanically attached to box track and shields top of door from rain, snow, and ice. No brackets or flashing required. Mount with 5/16" lag screws or bolts.
